Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Audience

The Service is made for children ages 2–6, but it is sold to and managed by adults. You may create an account and buy a subscription only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and are the parent or legal guardian of the children who will use it, or an educator or caregiver authorized to act for them.

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, and you accept responsibility for your children's use of the Service under your account. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

The Full Harmony Subscription unlocks the complete curriculum, the full Solfège Passive Learning™ audio library, multi-child sync, and access on web, iOS, and Android. Base pricing is:

• Annual savings. The annual plan costs about $40 less than twelve monthly payments, the equivalent of two months free.
• Matching billing period. Sibling Add-Ons renew on the same schedule as your base plan, so a monthly plan uses the monthly add-on and an annual plan uses the annual add-on.
• Taxes. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes may be added at checkout where required.
• Store pricing. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are priced and billed by that store, and amounts may differ by region or platform.
• Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you advance notice, and the new price applies only after your current period ends.

Coupon & promotion codes

If you have a coupon or promotion code, enter it at Stripe Checkout on the web. A valid code applies the discount shown at checkout. Unless the offer says otherwise, codes:

• have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with other offers;
• may be limited to new subscribers, a particular plan, or a limited time; and
• may apply only to the first billing period, with the standard price applying at renewal. Your discounted and renewal prices are always shown before you confirm.

We may cancel codes obtained or used in error, in violation of their terms, or through abuse. Promotion codes entered on the web do not apply to Apple or Google purchases.

3. Drip 0 & Free Exploration

Drip 0 is our free Explorer tier: a starter lesson video, sample audio, and a printable worksheet. It requires no credit card, never converts into a paid plan automatically, and costs $0 for as long as we offer it. You never need to cancel it to avoid being charged.

If you share your email address to receive Drip 0 materials, we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from our emails with one click at any time. Free content and features may change over time.

4. Auto-Renewal, Cancellation & Refunds

Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, and we (or the store you purchased through) will charge your payment method at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges.

Cancel anytime

• Purchased on the web (Stripe): cancel in the Parent Portal or email [email protected] and we'll do it for you.
• Purchased in the iOS or Android app: cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. We cannot cancel store subscriptions on your behalf.

Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. When you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, then your account returns to the free tier. Deleting the app or your account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

Refunds

• Fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial periods, except where required by law.
• If you were charged in error, charged after you cancelled in time, or are having a billing problem we cannot fix, email [email protected] and we will review your request in good faith.
• Refunds for Apple or Google purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; please request them from the store.

5. Educational Content Disclaimer

Seeds of Harmony offers early-childhood music exploration and ear-training curriculum for educational enrichment. It is not a substitute for individualized instruction, therapy, or professional advice, and it is not an accredited program: completing lessons does not earn collegiate, academic, or professional credits or certifications. Children learn at different paces, and we make no guarantee about the musical results any particular child will achieve, such as perfect pitch or instrument proficiency.

6. Parental Supervision

Young children should be accompanied by a parent or caregiver whenever they use screens, including Seeds of Harmony. You are responsible for choosing age-appropriate screen time, for setting up the device and volume safely, and for keeping your account credentials and the Parental Gate answer away from children. Please encourage breaks, movement, and off-screen music-making too.

7. Your Account & Acceptable Use

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential.
• Use the Service for your own family's or classroom's non-commercial learning. Sharing one paid account with unrelated households, or reselling access, is not allowed. Preschools and classrooms can reach us about seats at [email protected].
• Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to break or overload the Service or its security features.

We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything in the Service is owned by or licensed to Seeds of Harmony LLC / Keys to Life Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes:

• our Fixed-Do Solfège arrangements, songs, recordings, and Solfège Passive Learning™ audio;
• Liam Longtail and our mascot and band characters, including their names, likenesses, and stories;
• our interactive DSP audio engines, software, and apps; and
• our videos, curriculum, and downloadable coloring worksheets.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and to print worksheets for your own family's or classroom's non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved. You may not sell, republish, or post our content or characters publicly without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limits of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seeds of Harmony LLC, Keys to Life Inc., and our team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, you can cancel before then.

11. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except where your local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
